<p>我的專業(yè)成績(jī)?cè)诎嗉?jí)屬于中等，一直處于一個(gè)&ldquo;不上不下&rdquo;的位置&mdash;&mdash;在保研邊緣苦苦掙扎，說(shuō)有希望，卻也無(wú)法放松；說(shuō)沒(méi)有可能，又總帶著一絲不甘。</p> <p>&nbsp;</p> <p>如果說(shuō)選擇留學(xué)是我人生的第一個(gè)重要轉(zhuǎn)折，那么攻克語(yǔ)言關(guān)則是我必須跨越的第一道天塹。作為一個(gè)&ldquo;啞巴英語(yǔ)&rdquo;學(xué)習(xí)者，我的英語(yǔ)基礎(chǔ)薄弱得超乎想象。</p> <p>&nbsp;</p> <p>聽(tīng)力是怎么也聽(tīng)不懂的&mdash;&mdash;對(duì)于高考不考英語(yǔ)聽(tīng)力的高考生，我甚至不懂如何系統(tǒng)地練習(xí)聽(tīng)力；更打擊我的是，最擅長(zhǎng)的閱讀也遲遲提不起分?jǐn)?shù)，我仿佛陷入了一個(gè)怪圈，一向自信的我突然開(kāi)始懷疑自己，是不是真的能力不行，我真的可以順利出國(guó)嗎？</p> #0086d1;"><strong>我制定了近乎苛刻的學(xué)習(xí)計(jì)劃：</strong></span>每天睜開(kāi)眼睛就是背單詞，利用點(diǎn)滴時(shí)間學(xué)習(xí)，每天刷四套聽(tīng)力，三套閱讀。還報(bào)了昂貴的雅思輔導(dǎo)課，不停的做題、糾錯(cuò)、復(fù)盤(pán)，下定決心要考出來(lái)。</p> <p>&nbsp;</p> <p>然而，現(xiàn)實(shí)卻一次次給我潑冷水&mdash;&mdash;第一次雅思考試，<span style="color: #0086d1;"><strong>我的總分只有6.0</strong></span>，<span style="color: #0086d1;"><strong>聽(tīng)力單項(xiàng)更是慘不忍睹的5.5</strong></span>。雖然也在意料之中，但是很難過(guò)，我不明白，為什么在學(xué)習(xí)這件事上努力得不到回報(bào)。那些日夜顛倒的努力，那些推掉的聚會(huì)和旅行，那些在圖書(shū)館待到閉館的夜晚，似乎都成了徒勞。</p> <p>&nbsp;</p> #0086d1;"><strong>&ldquo;要不先試試GRE？詞匯量上去了，雅思閱讀自然會(huì)順。&rdquo;</strong></span>指南者的老師及時(shí)拉了我一把。對(duì)我來(lái)說(shuō)，GRE考試要友好很多，因?yàn)闆](méi)有聽(tīng)力和口語(yǔ)，然而大量的長(zhǎng)難句還是令人崩潰，大量的陌生單詞讓我焦頭爛額。</p> <p>就在我以為一切都在向好的方向發(fā)展時(shí)，命運(yùn)又和我開(kāi)了一個(gè)玩笑。GRE第一次考試分?jǐn)?shù)是318，<span style="color: #0086d1;"><strong>距離我需要的320分僅僅只差2分，</strong></span>我看到了希望的曙光，我馬不停蹄的報(bào)名了第二次考試，覺(jué)得我一定可以順利通過(guò)，然而天不隨人愿，<span style="color: #0086d1;"><strong>考試結(jié)果依</strong></span></p> <p><span style="color: #0086d1;"><strong>然是318分</strong></span>，就像是從高處突然跌落一樣，希望的曙光再次破滅了。</p> <p>&nbsp;</p> <p>語(yǔ)言成績(jī)遲遲考不出來(lái)，中介老師告訴我，港大、港中文的提前批申請(qǐng)時(shí)間即將截止，如果語(yǔ)言不夠，就只能遺憾錯(cuò)過(guò)。當(dāng)時(shí)的壓力前所未有地大，每一個(gè)學(xué)習(xí)過(guò)后疲憊的夜晚，我焦慮的刷著小紅書(shū)，不停地失眠，我想，要是考不出來(lái)我就完蛋了。</p> <p>可是我轉(zhuǎn)而又想，GRE這么難我都備考這么久了，這次雅思一定會(huì)更好吧，結(jié)果是我拿到了一個(gè)從來(lái)沒(méi)見(jiàn)過(guò)的差成績(jī)，我看到成績(jī)那一刻，腦子里空蕩蕩的，呆坐了一下午，又不得不重新振作精神再次開(kāi)始。日子還是在繼續(xù)，只是錯(cuò)過(guò)了提前批而已，我想，好像其實(shí)也沒(méi)有什么大不了，繼續(xù)報(bào)名一周后的考試，但在這一周我擺爛了。</p> <p>&nbsp;</p> <p>指南者老師得知我的困境后，沒(méi)有只是安慰，而是幫我列了PlanB：&ldquo;<span style="color: #0086d1;"><strong>UCL有些項(xiàng)目接受雅思6.5，我們可以調(diào)整選校清單，把重心放在英國(guó)</strong></span>。&rdquo;她連夜幫我核對(duì)了5所院校的語(yǔ)言要求，甚至標(biāo)注了&ldquo;可后補(bǔ)成績(jī)&rdquo;的項(xiàng)目。</p> <p>&nbsp;</p> <p><span style="color: #0086d1;"><strong>&ldquo;你已經(jīng)走了99步，差的不是能力，是一點(diǎn)運(yùn)氣。&rdquo;</strong></span>這句話讓我沒(méi)在最黑暗的時(shí)候放棄。</p> <p>&nbsp;</p> <p>一次又一次備考過(guò)程中，我逐漸接受了英語(yǔ)薄弱的現(xiàn)實(shí)，也一步步與自己和解，到現(xiàn)在我終于可以坦然說(shuō)出這段黑暗的備考經(jīng)歷，是我不努力嗎？我覺(jué)得不是，媽媽說(shuō)我總是差點(diǎn)運(yùn)氣?；蛟S吧，好在最終的錄取結(jié)果不差。</p> <p>&nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp;&nbsp;</p> <h1><strong>縱有遺憾也要繼續(xù)向前</strong></h1> <p>&nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp;</p> <p>遞交申請(qǐng)后，等待成了新的煎熬。我無(wú)數(shù)次問(wèn)媽媽，要是我沒(méi)學(xué)上了怎么辦？媽媽也只能安慰我，然后和我一起焦急等待。</p> <p>&nbsp;</p> <p>最先到來(lái)的是<span style="color: #0086d1;"><strong>布里斯托</strong></span>的offer，凌晨一點(diǎn)，我盯著那封郵件看了很久，腦子一熱發(fā)給了所有親友，收到了無(wú)數(shù)的夸贊和祝福，可是我好像并沒(méi)有什么高興的情緒，像是意料之中的結(jié)果，不驚喜，但是終歸有了著落。</p> <p>&nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; #0086d1;"><strong>倫敦大學(xué)學(xué)院</strong></span>，在一個(gè)初醒的清晨，這一次除了父母和中介老師，我沒(méi)有告訴任何人，這次是真的一點(diǎn)波瀾都沒(méi)有了，連報(bào)喜都帶著一點(diǎn)機(jī)械的情緒。然后是<span style="color: #0086d1;"><strong>曼徹斯特大學(xué)和香港城市大學(xué)</strong></span>，我平靜的拿下offer，然后執(zhí)著的等待著其他港校的消息，卻遲遲沒(méi)有結(jié)果。</p> <p>&nbsp;</p> <p>后面的很多個(gè)月，我都沒(méi)有收到一點(diǎn)消息，我從最初的不停在小紅書(shū)上刷有關(guān)的消息，到后面完全不關(guān)注有關(guān)香港的消息，就在時(shí)間的推移中，慢慢地接受了去倫敦大學(xué)學(xué)院的結(jié)果，留學(xué)申請(qǐng)這段時(shí)間里，教會(huì)我的是與自己和解，是學(xué)會(huì)放棄。我想或許是我還是不夠堅(jiān)定，是我沒(méi)有足夠的勇氣去繼續(xù)承受那些壓力，不過(guò)這就是我啊，人生總是要接受失敗的。</p> <p>特別值得一提的是，指南者老師始終陪在我的身邊，為我提供幫助。在我遇到問(wèn)題的時(shí)，永遠(yuǎn)會(huì)第一時(shí)間為我答疑解惑，在我為未來(lái)迷茫焦慮時(shí)，也會(huì)及時(shí)開(kāi)導(dǎo)我，他們都是我堅(jiān)實(shí)有力的后盾。</p> <p>&nbsp;</p> <p>最讓我動(dòng)容的是，申請(qǐng)季結(jié)束后閑聊時(shí)，彭老師才笑著說(shuō)：<strong>&ldquo;那段時(shí)間總?cè)ノ氖庠?，求菩薩保佑你們都能拿到offer。&rdquo;</strong>原來(lái)那些我以為的&ldquo;運(yùn)氣&rdquo;，背后是他們藏在細(xì)節(jié)里的用心，我始終會(huì)被這種赤誠(chéng)所打動(dòng)。</p> <p>&nbsp;</p> <p>拿到UCL、布里斯托、曼大等一堆Offer時(shí)，我仍覺(jué)得自己&ldquo;不夠好&rdquo;，在很長(zhǎng)的一段時(shí)間里，我都覺(jué)得自己是一個(gè)失敗的人，在大學(xué)四年里，我好像一事無(wú)成&mdash;&mdash;畢竟沒(méi)拿到最初執(zhí)念的NUS。</p> <p>&nbsp;</p> <p>是指南者的老師翻出我的申請(qǐng)記錄：&ldquo;你看，GRE四連敗還能堅(jiān)持考，雅思從5.5提到6.5，這不是所有人都能做到的。&rdquo;</p> <p>&nbsp;</p> <p>我身邊的很多朋友也為我的申請(qǐng)結(jié)果贊嘆，<span style="color: #0086d1;"><strong>&ldquo;你拿到了英國(guó)大滿貫哎&rdquo;</strong></span>，<span style="color: #0086d1;"><strong>&ldquo;你真的很厲害&rdquo;</strong></span>，在做經(jīng)驗(yàn)分享時(shí)會(huì)有學(xué)弟學(xué)妹調(diào)侃地問(wèn)我，<span style="color: <p>回想整個(gè)申請(qǐng)季，其實(shí)有很多遺憾，但是要說(shuō)遺憾什么，我卻又說(shuō)不出，每一個(gè)選擇都是我自己做的。整理申請(qǐng)材料時(shí)，還能看到指南者老師標(biāo)注的便簽：&ldquo;這里可以加實(shí)習(xí)數(shù)據(jù)&rdquo;&ldquo;這個(gè)獎(jiǎng)項(xiàng)要突出含金量&rdquo;。</p>
